At AUM Builders, the work starts with our estimating and project management team. Our preliminary cost estimates, schedule analyses, and review plans allow us to provide you with the most valuable projects. Our team attends all preconstruction progress meetings and provides overall model evaluations, which include value engineering where necessary. Furthermore, we look for code and constructability issues through a detailed coordination of the project documents. Our dedicated personnel work hard to understand the expectations and needs of the project team, and set up programs to see each project through from concept to closing, while holding all team members accountable throughout the process. In projects of larger size and to clientele looking for construction management, Aum provides CM services at a fix price model with site supervision and full project management and coordination.
Since 2017, Aum Builders has combined forces with Milan Construction for providing Construction Management services for larger size projects in Hospitality industry as well as health care such as Assisted Living Projects that exceed in construction cost of 10+ Million dollars. Milan Construction has a long history of providing excellent services in hospitality industry to select few developers. Our clients benefit from a personalized, collaborative approach toward controlling costs and achieving on-time completion of their project because we are able to Leverage the combined strength of both companies with over 50 years in construction industry experience, long forged relationship with trusted and experienced sub contractors and business partners/vendors.

In 2016, Aum Builders started providing skilled craftsmen for Exterior and Interior Metal Framing, Light and Heavy Gauge Metal Framing, Interior and Exterior Drywall, All levels of Finishing, Accoustical Ceilings, Commercial Insulation, Fire stopping, Millwork Installation, Fixture Package Installation, Selective Demo. We do carpentry for multi family projects as well large size commercial buildings.
